Settings in the Presets are chosen by the author and have had good results from the combination.
Frequencies in the software are to help issues. Will they all work for everyone, No. Part of the reason this is experimental - it's not guaranteed to work for anything or anyone, 100%. We each have to try and see what benefits we obtain.
