First of all, it doesn’t really matter what you name it so long as you know what it is and which mode to run it in, e.g. remote, contact, plasma etc.
But you can easily rename it in various ways, and you certainly don’t need another program to do so.
Perhaps the easiest is, with the software open, go to your User folder where you’ll find your custom preset. Select it, then click the floppy disk icon, then save it without alteration to the programs with the name you want - eg. “Allergy (R) - MB”. It will now appear in your User folder, along with the original you created.
You can now delete your original by selecting it in the User folder and then clicking the little xbroom icon.
