Strength. But this strength is in terms of currents. The HeaWea uses microcurrents, while the Spooky2 uses milli-currents.
There is no setting for the Spooky2 generators that is safe for neck or head use unless you have someone build you a microcurrent limiter, which there are people who design these things on the Spooky2 forum.
