It is not recommended to use with the BFB process as when the boost is wired in, the other connection points will act as antenna to pull in environmental noise and inject it into the circuit. The GX is sensitive enough to be able to measure this noise.
So by removing the boost, you decrease the level of noise. Whether that noise is loud enough to interfere with the BFB scan or not is entirely another question and really will be dependent on the environment in which you are scanning.
My environment is rather noisy, and I have not seen an issue myself. True resonance responses are much higher in value than the background noise, at least in my experience.
As to another use for the Out 1 and Out 2 passthrough ports... Central requires wiring to Out 1 and Out 2, and some may elect to wire up to the gen directly (again to avoid plasma energy leaking into the generator) or they may elect to wire up to the pass through ports.
You may wish to wire up the PEMF coil to Out 1 directly and not remove the boost.
You may wish to wire up the Spooky2 Radionics and not use a boosted port.
There are few cases, but the port is there for when you find a need.
