Depends on the modality. Plasma and Contact - sure. These modalities run once or twice per day, so if you can tolerate that much activity at once, do it.
Remote - Killing program sequences should repeat within max of 4 hours, although, two is more effective. Healing sequences can have more frequencies, as long as they repeat often enough to do what you want them to do.
