Is there a way to tell between Herx reaction and frequency fatigue?

1. I notice when I feel terrible or start to get weird feelings. If I stop the generator within hours, I feel better, so I'm figuring on fatigue. If Herx, it would still last. 

2. This is consistent with what I have observed. Frequency fatigue will clear relatively quickly (couple of hours) after shutting down the generators. A Herx will last much longer after shutting down (over a day). 

3. Frequency fatigue just means that your body adapts to a given frequency. There needs to be variation or it just becomes white noise to your system. The Herxheimer Reaction is when your body is overwhelmed by toxins that were trapped in the cells being released at once. You will feel sick amidst a Herxheimer reaction, whereas frequency fatigue will give you no noticeable symptom except the return of any pain or disease that a frequency was recently effective at neutralizing.
