For a Spooky2 dedicated computer, I wouldn't update Windows. If it is working, just leave it alone. Spooky2 is all that is running, so no problem with Internet hacking.
I would definitely stop everything, shut down the software, and turn off my generators if I was going to update. Usually, you’ll have to restart the computer for that, so you want everything powered down. Most of us dedicate a laptop to Spooky2 and set it not to update.
