XM - 5V, max 1A = 5W/hr
Central - AC input for whatever country, 15A max.(US) (I don't see anything about nominal usage) can't provide power estimate, but it will be more than either generator.
No, Boost does not increase power use from generators.
Plasma bulb gets all its energy from Central, so would be included there.
No surge protector included with Spooky2 gear. User must supply as desired.
