- Easily. The thing that I have found with myself is that Spooky2 helps to add to the healing you are doing. If you are doing an anti-yeast and candida treatment and you then add Spooky2 yeast and candida killing to it, it helps to act even more against the infection and thus makes success or progress much more likely. So, the same could easily be true with detox. Sure, there are the occasional people who Herx too much, but others of us need a multitude of methods to gain the direction we need.
- I use my infrared sauna every morning and have never had an issue with any of the programs that are simultaneously running on my Spooky2.
