What should I do if I cannot save my BFB scan results?

If I were you, I would first click the last icon down which will copy the frequencies (just in case). Then look to the upper right corner of that window where you will see an icon to Save your results. They should be saved to your biofeedback folder in Presets. If that save hangs up as mine sometimes does. You can use the create program function and use the saved frequencies to copy-paste there. Go slowly. Read everything. You’ll get there.
