I’m running the terrain for my family and my kiddies are smelling of really bad odour. Is this a common reaction?

Quite common to "stink" when detoxing...
I run a detox maintenance Preset constantly, but the body doesn't always detox the same amount. It depends on many variables. It is possible there were other priorities for energy within their bodies when you ran terrain before

To find what is entailed in the Systemic toxins, load Terrain into the VG, set the Preset to the one in the chain that you want to view.
In this case, I set to Preset 4 which is Systemic Toxins 1. Next search for each frequency in the Programs list to see if there are any Programs with just the frequency you are interested in. As you can see, this can be time intensive - so I won't do all of your work for you, but: the first frequency is 9887 - Detox Toxic Proteins. Next is 0.5 - Brachial Neuralgia, etc...
