Sounds like your motherboard is dead. If the XM is less than a year old, it is under warranty. Contact Spooky support at Spooky2-mall, using the online chat during Nanjing China business hours.

I have the same problem; was sent a replacement circuit board, which I installed according to the video they sent me and the Gen XPro still does not power on. Sigh. So frustrating. It's Sept 1 and I've had this thing since April and been unable to use it.
