How can I get started to understand Spooky2 system?

1. First is you have to read the manual and look at the online resources (Nick posted the link above). It always helps.
Second, when you're just starting out and have your machine and software on-screen, just ignore everything and memories the few buttons you need to click in order to start your initial detox (the Terrain Protocol).
That takes ten days/a couple of weeks to go through so in that time you can take in what you've learned up to that point and then think about reading a little more about your next steps.
But there's no getting around it the software looks daunting at first. You'd need to be a scientist or MD to figure out how to use it all so don't expect to and don't feel bad if you don't understand it right away. I've been using Spooky for 4 years now and work in computing and there's still lots I have to learn. But that's not to say S2 hasn't already been life-changing for me or that I haven't been able to utilize its awesome power.
