1. I recommend to connect one first, check which number it says in the software, then label the generator. Then do the same with the second one and you'll always know which is which.
2. You can always do a signal test with the remote. In software, open Misc Preset folder to find it.
You'll be able to ID the corresponding generator to the gen# in software.
3. There is an option to identify the generator within the software which puts the generator number on the generator screen at the last digit of the frequency number position. I don't remember exactly where it is at the moment and am not at the computer to find it.
