I have a DNA sample from a horse and have done Biofeedback scan 3 times, why the scan results differ each time.

If you did a Sample Digitizer scan with nail clipping or hair from a horse, this will not work well. But if you have a bodily fluid sample, this is what you want.
To get reproducible results from the SD, you need to run the spooky setup in a EMF quiet room, or a faraday cage, or at least with all the wifi and cellular turned off, as far away as possible from other EMF generating things (smart meter, cordless phone), and preferably with some silver cloth around the equipment as stated in the Preset notes of the "SD Database (SD) - JW" scan preset.
But even if you don't take these precautions, if you have a bodily fluid sample, over several runs over several days you will find frequencies repeating.
