Just stick the pads on your body, run the Baseline scan, then leaving the pads where they are, run a normal BFB.
Note: Do NOT stick the pads together or use different pads, as some people have suggested in the past. This makes no sense whatsoever.

My understanding of running a baseline for any type of analysis is to eliminate background interference. Would you please explain how connecting the TENS pads to the body to run a baseline is capable of identifying background interference vs. frequency "hits" in the body?
