1. This is a good approach for people with serious long-term chronic issues like cancer or lyme.
2. It depends on how your body takes it. I was doing that with what I now realise was quite a harsh method. 6 minutes for each frequency. Sure it made the whole body erupt in wriggles (0.05% feathering) and I got sick, but that one pathogen seemed to get done and dusted.But I got harsher herxes with time. So i think that maybe 3 minutes (180 seconds) is probably better for me personally and maybe doing 40 frequencies top between a high frequency scan and a general scan is probably better for me. Then repeating the chain twice total giving me the second half of the night to recover from the herx. But you have to listen to your own body and workout how much is too much and perpetually monitoring your progression.
