Yes. Use clean slides, load up this preset, and click the Baseline button. You can use the same baseline for your mother and your sample, assuming you use the exact same scanning preset, and you don't relocate your Spooky setup, and not much time has elapsed (say a few days, depending on how much you think the EMF signature of the space is changing).
