Yes. It sounds like you already know how to add a program to an existing preset, but in case you don't, you double-click the program in the Programs Pane and it shows up in the Loaded Program area. To delete a program, double-click that program in the Loaded Program area. See page 104, item 12. in the Spooky2 User's Guide for further explanation.
