The reason this works is because the "Only allow positive waveform value" radio button is selected, found under the "Inverse+Sync" option. This radio buttons selects only the positive values of the waveform. There is no signal sent to Out2, but instead Out1 contains both the fundamental frequency and the 11th harmonic.
