What polarity does the XM generator use?

The 'DC' Direct current voltage power polarity of the power plug is printed on the power adapter. Both the Silver GeneratorX 'GenX' and Blue XM Generator have a + positive center pin, and a - negative outer shield of the coaxial power plug.
