1. I have heard people say they benefited from only listening to the frequencies. Some do this before getting Spooky2.
Perhaps what is best is to go after a situation from different avenues - Sound, Spooky2 remote, Spooky2 contact, etc.
I also do not know what a binaural beat is.
2. This is how I started, listened to rife on YouTube, basically it does have effects, depending on if the frequency resonates. So I got a Spooky2 machine and scalar it’s basically frequencies produced ‘live’ so it’s more powerful. Like a live band vs listening to something on the radio.
