Why is Spooky2 in test mode and the scan results won't be saved?

Your Spooky Pulse device is not being seen by the software. If you look in the System tab, you will not see Spooky Pulse in the connected hardware list.

If you haven't already, plug the pulse into a USB port on the computer, not a hub. If the pulse is already plugged in, try a different port.

After you make any change with the pulse and the usb port, choose the "Rescan Devices" menu command in the Utils menu.
