1. The key damaging part is in antibiotics that it kills all (good and bad) bacteria. Spooky will do the same, so i would think to use it with the same caution as real world AB.
2. The antibiotic frequency sets are broad spectrum antibiotics in name only. They are the numbers that kill the most number of things not necessarily everything, but both the contact and plasma has helped me detox from a lot of evil stuff that I saw coming out.
