Consider trying GX BFB scan on leaf in Sample Digitizer or make your own flat plate electrodes and place leaf between plates. Make sure plates don't touch together. Do baseline scan first with leaf, then follow up with BFB Scan. Load BFB scan results into a Remote Killing preset and place infected leaf samples in Remote.
