1. Don't do a contact session where the electricity that runs between the TENS pads or electrodes goes through the heart. If you have a pacemaker, don't use Spooky2 period.
2. We can not say running heart programs is safe and you wouldn't experience any negative effects. If a calcium deposit shifts, you would be the one responsible with the outcome - whether good that it dissolved or bad that it caused a heart attack. But so far, I've not heard of anything negative of this sort. But one would need to cautiously proceed.
