1. I put some colloidal silver in mine. Spooky2 can make that for pennies!
2. The PEMF coil can be used. It can reduce cluster size which will make the water "wetter" and easier to use by the body's cells. Water can also retain frequencies and work similarly to homeopathic remedies.
3. It is not a question of making it healthier; it is a question of using the coil to imprint frequency patterns to the water to help the body.
