1. Not always. I think it depends on the state of the infection and what it is you are attacking. Sometimes you can feel a change in the body, sometimes you can’t. Sometimes you get a Herx and sometimes you don't. But despite all of this, it’s good to diaries what it is that you are running, what settings and shell and what experiences you have. Sometimes it’s a good idea to run a frequency set twice a day and then to, after a week or two, monitor any changes. Put in your diary all the things that you have felt, all the symptoms and the severity of them. Also what you experienced during the killing rife session and after and then on reflection to intuitively assess what the treatment might be doing for you.
2. For everyone's physical fitness is different, some people will react, some people will not respond.
