The pulse scan creates your personalized frequency set. You can run that through a shell for either killing or killing and healing. You don't need to run a healing treatment after that. If you want to, you can and I am sure it will help. But most people (from what I can make out) will just be running detox maintenance in the background on remote plus another generator that will be running your scan on remote when you are not running your scan by contact/plasma / central. On top of your scan results and detox maintenance, some people also run condition-specific sets too.
