I think the warnings pertain more so to going after parasites when you also have a very high pathogen load of zoonotic bacteria, for example. I have used Spooky2 to kill tapeworm, whipworm, hookworm, and flukes. Also by ingesting parasite killing herbals, mimosa pudica, and mimosa pudica seed. If you have already begun using antiparasitics, then Rifing shouldn't be too hard on your system.
