1. I would run Remote on Remote and Contact on Contact. It is possible to save a set under a new name and then run that through a delivery method specific shell, but I haven't tried the one that you are speaking about.
2. I would run the remote frequencies on Remote.
You can jump ahead, but just realize that many times you have no idea what is included with Lyme. I found for me that I got a herx reaction when I ran the non- Lyme sets. Things I had no idea were an issue for me.
The M/L protocol starts with the smallest things that could be wrong and works up to the largest things.
3. The preset you mentioned is for Remote mode. The preset was designed to give you all the remote base parts of the M&L protocol in a single preset to run on Remote. But the idea is you still need to run the Contact presets from the M&L Protocol and you need to run your biofeedback scan results too, on both Remote and Contact.
If you are opting for a Remote only version of the M&L protocol, then run the preset you mentioned on one generator, and run your biofeedback scan results on another generator. You might also look at running the Contact mode treatment while you sleep at night, this way you can get 8 hours of Contact treatment plus the additional remote treatment.
4. If you go straight to killing Lyme, when the Lyme opens up and dumps its contents into your body (which is what cells do when they die), it will let loose other bacteria, parasites, viruses that will make you sick and wreak havoc on you. The point of the Lyme protocol is it goes from the smallest to biggest, it kills the things on the inside of the Lyme, so by the time you get to Lyme killing. When it opens up there is nothing on the inside. Also, the Remote program is set to use with remotes, you can't mix and match contact protocol for remote use.
