1. Everything in this world is in a constant state of motion, it, therefore, has a frequency. If that object is resonated with the same frequency, the object will be destroyed. Very much like how an opera singer is able to shatter a wine glass.
2. Go to YouTube and watch "shattering cancer with resonance frequencies: Anthony Holland at TedX". He explains and has visual examples. He never says "rife" for obvious reasons, but as soon as you see his set-up, it's Plasma rife.
3. According to one SAMA video (episode 62) on YouTube hosted by Spooky2, the plasma tube emits forms of ultraviolet radiation which ruptures the cell walls being observed on the microscope slide.
