Has anyone experienced dizziness while doing the all terrain?

1. Pause if needed. Drink lots of water. Very important.

2. Yes, the Terrain can shake lots of toxic waste out of cells for the rest of the body to deal with. It is good to pause the program causing the problem at the first sign of difficulty to allow the body to process the waste prior to it getting overloaded. It may also help to determine what the Preset is detoxing, and what organs typically would remove this toxin type, and then stimulate that organ system to help it move the waste faster. Also, drinking more clear water helps to flush the body. Carrot juice has been touted as a help to eliminate mold toxicity, so this may also be helpful to you or others.

3. I have recently bought one generator with remote (have pace maker). Run the Detox Terrain as suggested. On the third day, I got quite sick. I wasn't sure what it was the program or just plain got sick. I don't drink a lot of water usually and didn't for those first three days. So on the 4th day, I drank lots of H2Oa real lot on day six I felt normal again and continued running the program on my new remote until the 11 days were up. I did not get sick again as I continued to consume water at a high rate per day. I still am not sure if the two are connected, but it does make sense as to the timing.
