If I use a killing setting and add a bunch of viruses and essential oils. Will I kill the Mw of the essential oils or should I just run the kill or heal?

1. You should use two different Presets. One for the killing of the "bugs", and one for the essential oils. The essential oil Presets are specifically for the high frequencies of the oils, so they run a subharmonic frequency, while many of the other Presets focus on either running the frequencies as shown or raising them to more effective ranges. In other words, use different generators, or run a killing session for a while, then an essential oils session for a while.

2. We recommend you to use two generators. One is for bugs killing and the other is for essential oil. You can run killing first and after that run the healing for some time to get the better effect.
