The Spooky2-XM power adapter is 5V 2A or 10 watts max. A quick google search shows a laptop is 60 watts. A USB hub need to deliver 2.5 watts per port, of 5 watts for the USB C ports. A typical wattage for a laptop, 2 XM, and a 4 port USB hub might be 60 + 20 + 20 = 100 watts. You will want a minimum of a 200 VA system, 400 VA is probably better.
