1. Most times I didn't feel much, even when I had visible signs that a condition was cleared. I actually had more Herx reaction to the terrain protocol.
2. Not necessarily, Herx reaction is not a good thing, it means your body has to deal with more toxins it can manage, so they eventually end stuck somewhere. If you have no symptoms in killing bugs that means either that you are using the wrong frequencies, or that you have a strong detoxing system so you manage well the toxic burden.
3. Depends on the pathogen.
If it's a big wriggly worm when it moves you will feel it.
If you are killing things with other things in them you may get cold symptoms, etc.
