You should hook yourself to an oscilloscope. Spooky2 generators are just frequency generators. The feedback mechanism doesn't record your "frequency", it works by checking differences in heartbeat (Spooky2 pulse), or in current resistance (digitizer), while delivering different frequencies. If you are going to hook you up to an oscilloscope you will have to shield you up and be in an EMF free environment, cause oscilloscopes are going to pick up even the weakest radio fields that surround you and that your body constantly picks up as an antenna. Probably for the purpose it would work better a very sensitive instrument that measures brain waves, like Magneto encephalography devices.
