When creating programs on healing or killing they should be about a 4 hour run time? Can you run 4 custom created programs at once for about 12-13 hours straight?

The thing to understand is that the actual preset should not be developed to run for more than 4 hours (in fact, shorter is preferable in many people's experience). Once you've developed your preset, you can loop it on remote 24/7 if appropriate. It's not the length of time the preset runs (as in loops); it's the length of the actual preset that's important.
