You can install Team Viewer and then experienced users can help you remotely. Team Viewer is free for non-commercial use. Skype is free for Skype to Skype calls so anyone around the world could help you.
So if you are happy to do the remote access thing to share your computer screen then post here when you are set up to go. Mention what times and days suit you and someone will PM you for contact details.
