1. Yes, it is okay to mix different types of samples.
2. I assume blood and urine together would be OK on the sample digitizer, as it would sample each for the best frequency responses.
The hair with the nail won't be of any benefit unless the hair still has the little ball from being pulled out of the follicle. One of the others should be good enough, but both shouldn't hurt, either.
