Schumann resonant frequency would be my suggestion.
A while back I made a number of Keshe Water bottles as an experiment and still use them today. I run tap water through a activated charcoal water filter and fill the containers and let them sit for a day or two before drinking the water. The water has a silky feel to it and tastes better than the filtered water.
You could try using insulated copper wire to wrap around the body of the glass container.
Winding method:
Find the middle of a length of wire and start near the bottom of the container and wind the wire around the bottle in a criss cross pattern so that you end up with about 8 wire crosses from top to bottom on both sides of the container. You will need some plastic or fabric type tape to hold the wires in place. You then join the wire ends together at the top by twisting them. You will need to remove insulation and or wire coating to get an electrical connection. I used emery paper to remove enamel coating off the wire before twisting them together.
The coils on the bottom and also placed around the upper rim of the container were made from bare copper wire using a pair of pointy nosed pliers and the hand to form the counter wound spirals. I used fabric tape to hold them in place.
On the 1 litre bottle I used 100mm diameter heat shrink tubing (blue) to cover the wires as they were treated in a caustic bath. You don't need to do this as I have used plastic tape on 3 litre and 9 litre containers.
