I'd be running Terrain by remote first. Following that, you could run your scan results 24/7 on remote for several days (i.e. allow them to loop), then rescan. You could also run your scan results on plasma if you prefer.
We choose to run a Detox Maintenance continuously on remote to ensure we're well supported whilst running a variety of kill programs.
