The remote will work in any orientation.
However, the one concern I have is that with both the remote plugged in, and the PEFM coil in the High Contact Port, you have split the power between both.
This means that the remote is only getting 1/2 of what you specified. If you are at 20v, then it would be the equivalent of plugging the remote in directly to Out 1 power wise.
This is ok, as the remote does not need full power to actually operate. The PEMF coil on the other hand does. I would recommend not plugging in anything else into the generator/boost when using the PEMF coil.
