I started running Vitiligo protocol and had a pretty nasty Herx the first time. How does one determine when to loop a protocol? Many videos show bugs being zapped over 10-20 min at a given frequency. Is it advantageous to run these frequencies for 10 min?

When you stop having Herx symptoms from running the programs, you can loop the protocol.

I'm thinking the larger the bug, the more time it would take to devitalize them. Some bugs have a stronger cell membrane so it would make sense it takes longer to kill them. So if you are looping a kill program which has many frequencies it would make sense to run those programs for a longer time.

3 minutes per frequency has been found to work well for most bugs. Perhaps you can try muscle testing to determine whether you need to run 10 minutes per frequency. Rifing is still an experiemental modality.
