Is it advisable to give the body a rest/break between running the frequencies and doing the next scan? Thinking maybe the body could get stressed or overloaded by frequencies.

The need to take breaks is really an individual thing as we are all different in the way we react to certain frequencies.

For instance I can usually run multiple presets containing multiple programs and I have no reaction to them when I run them non stop sometimes for several weeks at a time on remote. I have seen reports where some people react adversely and need frequent breaks and may even have to reduce the Amplitude to very low volt settings before they can tolerate the treatment being run.
