Anthony Holland was working with James Bare to make a plasma RF transmitter. Please be aware that the transmitter is not using the original concepts of Royal Rife. CB radios were not even invented when Royal Rife was doing his work.
The phanotron tube does not use a light wave as a carrier for RF. RF does not require a carrier. The tube is driven by RF, not the other way round. Light is photon particles. RF are not particles, so it is difficult for us (or other serious researchers) to imagine how photons can carry an EMF RF signal. And the other facts you state are seriously flawed. If RF was only “skin effect”, then people would not be worried about exposure to WIFI or X-Ray.
Royal Rife never stated that harmonics were required to disable pathogens. All his frequencies were singular fundamentals. None of his machines used a carrier. Only those developed by Philip Hoyland.
Yes, the Spooky Central phanotron tube emits light. Yes, it produces EMF. But no, it is not possible for light to carry EMF.

Well, all I can say is that my dog had lots of liquids in the abdomen, normally caused by cancer. The liquids were from the heart all the way to the lower abdomen. Polly was dying. A Vet cardiologist remove the liquid around the heart. I had a 7 day appt for a cancer operation. I postpone the operation. I ran plasma cancer protocols for that time. Also ran cancer remote protocols and detox 24 hours a day. My bioscans show cancer the first 3 weeks. By the 4th week no more cancer results. I kept running the cancer protocols, did not believe the results. Took Polly to the vet. They ran a sonogram before the operation. The sonogram show no liquid. Also she was not inflamated and she was back to her normal weight. I know there are photons and scalar coming out of the tubes. I know they work. My other dog 18 years old. Was blinded by multiyear cataracts. Spike is starting to see objects at the sides, the cataracts have reduced over 50%. The technology works and is providing results. Maybe they want to keep some secrets on how this works, that is okay because it works and we are healing all around.
