What is the difference between a scan and a sweep?

A scan is the term for a sweep used in conjunction with the Pulse biofeedback device to sense the body's response to the frequencies to enable the user to treat the most active frequencies.

A sweep is any range of frequencies sent to the body - generally to kill unknown pathogens within that specific frequency range.
