When your scan completes, you'll see the results in a new window. Save these to your custom database by clicking Save and Exit. This will take you to the Create Frequency Set window with all information except the set name already entered. Name your set appropriately, then save it.
Spooky 2 will refresh the database in memory, and your new frequency set can now be used.
