Can you put a fingernail in Spooky2 Remote WITHOUT tape or use other tapes?

If you have any paper tape or even a piece of paper you can put your nail in it in the remote. Any pharmacy will have a roll of paper tape which is cheap.
Encasing nail samples in paper tape or paper label, even if you're the only one using the remote, is a recommended because it avoids transmission of bacteria from your nail to the inside of the remote. Sheets of paper labels in all sizes and shapes are available from local news agencies ... anywhere you buy your copy paper etc. Just put the nail sliver in the label, fold it over to stick, then initial and date the outside.
