1. If you skip Terrain, your body may be too toxic for the frequencies to be absorbed well.
You may also get sicker, as any healing done will be accompanied by toxin dumping, but the detox pathways are not optimized - or stimulated at all, so may not work well. Additional toxins being released into the blood without the detox pathways being able to handle it can cause extreme illness.
2. Terrain slowly - just pause when you need to so the body can catch up. Once you feel better, run for a while until you start to feel like it's enough, then pause again... In this way, it will get done as you can.
